Sorry, I should have posted this earlier: The on-site sales bill is 99.99% dead. It didn't really have a chance anyway, but this fight over voter ID has definitely killed it. Sorry. Maybe in 2011.

Damn distributors, I bet their contributions to various lawmakers had a lot to do with this.
That's a bet you'd win. Their contributions had EVERYTHING to do with this.
I have been reading a lot about this. And to second your answer, yes contributions had everything to do with this. Apparently in other states contributions dictate lawmakers as well. Here in Illinois contributions dictate everything from who gets senate seats to who gets bills passed. One day it will be fair. Regards!
