In case you hadn't heard …

Saint Arnold Divine Reserve No. 8 is now on the shelves. But if you take the time to watch this video, it might not be. Quit yer twittering and get to the beer store — it's going fast!

Thanks to Shirl for the vid link.

I'm in need of your Saint Arnold expertise. What do you think of the Saint Arnold Christmas Ale? When does it usually come out?

I love it. Very malty. Very heavy. Normally hits around November, I guess. Last year, for some reason, you could still get it well into the summer. Not sure if they brewed too much or if they were just trying to promote it. Can y'all get it up there?

Son of a @#$%%!!!!!

I saw a 6-pack of this and skipped over it to get a 6 of the Sierra Nevada Anniversary Ale. Well, guess my butt is going back to the store in the morning.

Phew, that was a close one. Went back to the same store and they were all out. However, I drove across town to another good beer store. They were out as well, but the beer guy hooked me up. They'd put a case in the back for the employees. He wouldn't sell me the case, but he did let me get a 6-pack! WooooHooooo! Now I just gotta get that puppy in the fridge to get cold.

Nada Saint Arnold in KC. But I found a homebrew recipe and was thinking about brewing some. But I would like to taste it first. I would ship ya mine --Boulevard Seeyoulator whenever the damn stuff hits the shelves--if you ship me yours. Word is that Fedex is very discrete.

I suspect I can get Seeyoulater down here. How about I bring some SA with me at xmas? Or would that be too late?

Geez, why did I think Boulevard wasn't in Texas? Never too late for some Saint Arnold!

Boulevard wasn't in Texas for a long time. Only started showing up here about two years ago. Getting my hands on some Blvd was always the highlight of visiting the in-laws twice a year.

So, I hear Reserve #9 is coming out soon as well, a Pumpkin Imperial Stout. Wonder if St. Arnold will be able to ride the hype of 8 for 9?
