What a Bastard

I got a bunch of great pictures from my trip to El Paso last month — wherein we celebrated Bret's birthday at the UT vs. UTEP football game — and I really need to post them all to Flickr. Until I find time for that, entertain yourself with this great pic of Bobnoxious and his burnt orange sombrero that he bought in Juarez. Picture taken in Hemingway's, the best beer bar in El Paso, near the UTEP campus. (Click on pic for a closer view.)

I feel the need to toss the sombrero upon the floor... thusly... and thrust my index and pinky fingers upward... thusly... and DANCE.

I'm sure you'll understand if my wife doesn't join you in that dance.

A burnt orange sombrero? And what is that he's drinking? Sweet Jesus in a chariot, a picture is indeed worth a thousand words.

Wow, Dave – I think this football weekend was even worse for you than the last one. I bet I could brew an IPA out of your bitterness.

You could brew quinine out of my bitterness. I think I need to stay away from football and computers for a few weeks.

We all have one. Mine is named Kelly. I have nearly had my ass kicked several times because of him.

He's just so damn photogenic. Most men would kill to be able to wear such a chapeau magnifique.

Damn that's a good looking man...who I want to point out is quite a happy drunk and has never once been in a bar fight. That one time he was arrested for drinking in a bar had more to do with poorly timed dancing and overzealous cops. No one was in in physical peril.

A picture may be better than a 1,000 words, they rarely tell the true story.

The true story can be told over beer...
