It's rare, but there was actually something in this week's Austin Chronicle regarding beer that wasn't written by me. We printed our annual lakeside dining issue, and writer Kate Thornberry spotlighted the huge changes that have gone on out at the Oasis on Lake Travis, which is now a ginormous complex with three restaurants, including the new Uncle Billy's Brew & Que.
